Maker's & Ginger

INGREDIENTS:
30ML MAKER'S MARK
GINGER ALE
FRESH LIME

METHOD:
1. Add 30ml of Maker's Mark into a tall glass and fill with ice
2. Top with ginger ale
3. Squeeze lime wedge and put in the glass and stir gently

180ML CANADIAN CLUB
40ML LIME JUICE
DRY GINGER ALE
FRESH LIME

METHOD:
1. Fill jug with ice and all ingredients
2. Top with dry ginger ale and stir
3. Garnish with a fresh lime wedge

INGREDIENTS:
30ML JIM BEAM WHITE
15ML PEACH ICE TEA CORDIAL
SODA WATER

METHOD:
1. Add Jim Beam, peach iced tea cordial to a tall glass.
2. Fill 3/4 with ice & top with soda water.
3. Garnish with a fresh peach or orange wedge.

INGREDIENTS:

30ML CAPTAIN MORGAN ORIGINAL SPICED GOLD

150ML GINGER ALE

FRESH LIME

METHOD:


1. Fill a glass with ice
2. Add 50mL of Captain Morgan Original Spiced Gold
3. Fill the glass to the top with ginger ale.
4. Squeeze in a wedge of lime to cut through the ginger!

LEMONADE

METHOD:
1. Fill a tall glass with ice
2. Clap a sprig of mint & add in
3. Squeeze in 2 wedges of lime & add wedges to glass
4. Add 30ml Captain Morgan Original Spiced Gold & top with lemonade

60ML SKYY VODKA
180ML PREMIUM GINGER BEER
10ML LIME JUICE

METHOD:
1. Pour the Skyy Vodka, lime juice & ginger beer into a glass.

2. Mix all the ingredients together & top the glass up with ice cubes.

3. Garnish with lime wheels.

Wild Turkey Mint Julep

INGREDIENTS:
75ML WILD TURKEY 86.8 BOURBON WHISKEY
15ML SUGAR SYRUP
FRESH MINT LEAVES

METHOD:
1. Fill Boston shaker with ice and crush it.
2. Add mint leaves, Wild Turkey 86.8 Bourbon Whiskey and sugar syrup to a glass & stir.
3. Half fill glass with crushed ice, stir & then fill glass with more ice.
4. Garnish with mint leaves.
