What are points?

Porters Liquor Rewards points can be redeemed for savings on your next purchase at your nominated home store. Points are earned by buying eligible products at participating stores.

When are points available after making a purchase?

It may take up to 3 business days for points to appear in your account.

When can I redeem my points?

Whenever you like! You can opt to accumulate points or use them on your next purchase in-store. There is no minimum redemption value.

Where can I earn and redeem points?

Porters members can earn and redeem at any participating Porters store.

How much are points worth?

Eligible products have a 1:1 dollar-to-point ratio - that means for every dollar spent on eligible products you get one point. To redeem points, they are converted back at a 100:1 points-to-dollar ratio. For example, 100 points is equal to $1 off your next purchase.

Where can I view my points balance?

The home screen of the app shows your point balance and its equivalent value in dollars. You can view your points history in the ‘Points’ section of the app.

Do Porters Liquor Rewards points expire?

Porters Liquor Rewards points do not expire so long as you scan your loyalty card when you make a purchase within 365 days of your last purchase.

What happens to my points if I delete my account?

If you choose to delete your account, your points will be deleted from your account as part of the deletion process. We cannot reinstate points on deleted accounts. We will provide you with a warning to ensure that you do not delete your account by mistake.

What happens to my points if I get a new phone?

After you have downloaded the app on your new phone, sign in with your username and password and your account and points will be available to you.

Can I earn points when I shop online?

Earning points for online purchases is currently not available. We will be sure to let you know once you can earn points online.

MEMBERS REWARDS CARD

Where can I find my member card in the app?

Your Porters Liquor Rewards card is found on the home screen of the app. Scanning your member card enables you to enjoy member-only prices and earn points on eligible products.

SHOPPING

What is my home store?

When you register for Porters Liquor Rewards, you are asked to select a Home Store. This is the store that you shop most frequently, and it is where you will earn and redeem points. Porters Liquor Rewards app and communications will feature products and special member pricing available at your home store. For more information about your home store, go to View Home Store Info in the Profile section.

Can I still get member-only prices and earn points if I don’t have my phone?

A staff member can look up your membership using your mobile phone number if you do not have your phone when shopping.

Can I purchase through the app?

You cannot purchase directly via the app at this time, but we are exploring for future releases.

COMMUNICATIONS

How do I unsubscribe from emails and notifications?

Go to your Profile in the app. Under ‘Communication Preferences’, you can adjust what types of communications you receive. There is also an option to Unsubscribe or opt-out on every communication.
