Born out of our love for the flavour profiles of great-tasting french wines (and in particular blanc de blanc champagne), our latest expression, orchard, takes inspiration champagne’s chardonnay grape and its intense fruitiness. So named because we use cold-distilled green apples and pears with our classic juniper base. We then use a soybean distillate to give the gin its sophisticated butter and biscuit tasting notes.Alcohol Volume: 40.0%
